Support for Vedetta accounts, field-report workflows, requirements, and the read-only AI connector.
Contact
Include your organization name, account email, a concise description of the issue, and any safe-to-share `report_ref` shown by the connector.
Keep credentials and source evidence private
Do not email passwords, access tokens, API keys, raw voice notes, photos, precise GPS coordinates, or complete conversation transcripts. Vedetta support will request the minimum additional information needed to investigate.
Connector access
The Vedetta connector is read-only and organization-scoped. An active Vedetta manager or administrator signs in through Vedetta's OAuth page. Access can be revoked by disconnecting the plugin or by asking an organization administrator or Vedetta support to revoke the connection.
Security issues
For suspected unauthorized access or data exposure, use the subject line Vedetta security and describe the affected organization and time window without including secrets.
